Statement
My work is the product of a focused respect for space and the objects that exist within it. I’m concerned with configuration, space that yields to some things. The images that I make are literal, linear reconfigurations of my observed life; my studio becomes where I live or work, and the objects, corners or people granted in that architecture become models, things to play with. There’s an understood loneliness in that, it’s mirrored in the image. They’re like memorials; little architectures, each one built differently, and there’s this ghost in it.
