Leslie Neumann

In this era of computers and cell phones and ultra consumerist society, my dreamy and primordial landscapes offer a safe harbor where the spirit can roam, where the viewer can enter into a meditative and restorative state.  They are the antidote to an over-abundance of materialism and too much focus on acquisition. The challenge, as one looks at these deep spaces and travels into them, is to release oneself from the punishing pace of ceaseless activity.
