Artist Submission Procedure

1) Website Address
2) Artist’s Statement of Interest:  A brief statement that outlines the direction the artist proposes for specific exhibition. 
3) Resume: A current artist’s resume
4) Reference List: Name, address and telephone numbers of three references (do not ask anyone to send a letter of reference).
5) An Annotated Visual Image Identification Sheet: A typewritten visual image identification list that includes: title of work, medium, dimensions, date completed a brief description of the artwork (if necessary).
6) CD images: Six to ten digital images. The files should be named on the disc with name and corresponding number as listed on a separate visual image identification sheet.
